Fables and Fairy Tales

Born and raised in Wilkes Barre, Pennsylvania, I grew up in a theatre loving family. My sister and I were exposed to theatre in all forms. We cut our teeth watching classic movie musicals such as Meet Me in St. Louis, Singin' in the Rain, and Guys and Dolls along with normal cartoons. Cast in my first show, Fiddler on the Roof, at age seven, I knew I found my home.
Growing up, I spent countless hours volunteering at The Little Theatre of Wilkes Barre, the local community theatre. In addition to performing, I worked the box office, concession stand, and as an  usher. Theatre continued to be a big part of my life in high school.  My theatre community became my social life.
Entering the theatre program at West Chester University of Pennsylvania, I'd had no formal training in acting, and I was in for a rude awakening. My acting and movement classes opened my eyes to the discipline and hard work required in character creation. My hard work and talent began to pay off in casting opportunities, and I now have a degree in Theatre with a concentration in Musical Theatre and a minor in Dance.

Since graduation, I have been given several different opportunities, one of which includes working at Sesame Place in Entertainment. I look forward to the other great opportunities that I know are headed my way!
